Accounts Payable Clerk

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable, preferably within the food manufacturing industry, and possess expertise in using Sage software.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable processes efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain organized records of all transactions and prepare financial reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Utilize Sage software to manage and track all payable activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using Sage software is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday
